"Strategic planning and business development" program has been launched at Matena.

The world-class program, aimed at developing strategic planning, analysis and business development skills, consists of 4 modules: 

- Strategic approach to planning, 

- Research and analysis, 

- Crafting and executing a strategy, 

- Sustaining and scaling business progress. 

During the two-month intensive program, the participants will learn to use the tools of strategic planning and business development, as well as align the business strategy with the current challenges.
