In two intense months, the "Strategic Planning & Business Development' program pushed me to make tough, focused choices—where to play, how to win, and what to stop doing. The hands-on approach stood out: live cases from our own businesses, direct faculty feedback, and a diverse cohort from tech, finance, retail, and healthcare that elevated every discussion.

The result for my company was clarity—sharper value proposition, focused services, measurable goals, and a weekly execution rhythm we actually follow. For me, it brought strategic confidence and momentum.

One of my key takeaways was realizing how strongly confidence is shaped by focus. The attention-management exercises helped me notice my tendency toward doubt and showed how intentionally shifting focus can immediately improve both performance and mindset. I also became aware of my avoidance patterns and learned to take small actions even without feeling fully ready.

The actor mindset was especially impactful, reinforcing that confidence is built through small, repeatable habits. Since completing the program, I approach challenges more intentionally— using simple focus and breathing techniques to enter meetings with clarity, moving faster into implementation, and managing impostor thoughts with greater calm and confidence.
