Our program "Leading with Confidence: How Self-Aware Leaders Should Think, Speak, and Act" came to a close. 

Over three months, participants dove deep into what it means to lead with confidence, deepening how they think, communicate, and show up as leaders.

It was a truly rich experience, brought to life by professors Simon Bucknall, Konstantin Korotov, and Ian Robertson, together with a group of leaders who invested their full selves to every session.

From now on, all of these leaders are members of the Matena Alumni Club.
