Konstantin Korotov is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin, Germany. His research interests include leadership, executive coaching, executive education, and career development. He has authored, co-authored, and co-edited multiple academic and practitioner articles, award-winning and best-selling case studies, and several books.
Konstantin has taught and directed executive education courses for Allianz, Alltech, Axel Springer, BAT, BMW, B.Braun, Bosch, Brose, Compass Group, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom, Deloitte, European Parliament, EY, Hereaus, KPMG, Lufthansa, Mahle, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, Symrise, Vienna Insurance Group, Rosatom, Roskosmos, VTB Bank, Sberbank, and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, among many others. At ESMT Berlin Konstantin designed, launched, and directed for many years open enrollment executive programs “Leading People and Teams” and “Leading with Psychological Intelligence.” Beyond executive education, Konstantin also teaches in the ESMT Berlin suite of MBA programs.
Beyond ESMT Berlin, Konstantin has taught in executive programs of INSEAD, HEC Paris, Stockholm School of Economics, Corvinus University of Budapest, University College Dublin, and Harvard Medical School.
In addition to his research and teaching, Konstantin has held positions as Director of the Center for Leadership Development Research, Associate Dean of Executive Education, and Faculty Lead of the Executive MBA program at ESMT Berlin. He is the founder of the ESMT Coaching Colloquia series, a reflection and education event for leading executive coaches from all over the world.
Konstantin has served on advisory boards of the Institute of Coaching (McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate), Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, and Philosophy of Coaching Journal. He has served as a PhD assessor for University of Cambridge (UK), VU Amsterdam (Netherlands), Hanken School of Economics (Finland), University of Pretoria (South Africa), University of Western Australia (Australia), and University of Newcastle (UK).
Konstantin holds a PhD in Management from INSEAD.
