Lara Tcholakian

Co-Founder and Researcher for the Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam's Center for Boards and Leadership Development, and Advisory Board Member of the VU Executive MBA "Leading with Purpose". Lara was formerly Regional Director for the Caucasus Research Resource Center, and Program Director for Peru and Sri Lanka with World University Services of Canada. Lara’s research and publications address leadership, organizational behavior, transgenerational transmission of collective traumas, change management, mindfulness, and gender. She has a PhD in Management and Organizational Behavior and is currently the Chief People Officer at UCOM in Armenia.
