Pochinok is a Business-leader with more than a 20 year experience in HR management, organizational development, change project management in Russian and International companies (Auriga, Phillips, TNK-BP, Kidzania, Sberbank, etc.).​​ Member of Advisory Boards (Mirrico,  Russian Post, AID) Expert and columnist at Forbes for Business, Member of the Board of Trustees of "Naydi Semyu" Charity Foundation.

From 2008 to 2014 has served as Vice-President on staff and volunteers at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Organising Committee, being responsible for the largest HR mobilization and training in modern days Russia (70 000 people).
