Nazeli Petrosyan has over a decade of work experience in different industries, from sales and logistics to the family business and IT. She is experienced in working in diverse ecosystems; she is focused on crafting the organizational culture, collaborating with leadership, and navigating complex problems.
As People Operation & Culture Director in Picsart, she leads the multifunctional team responsible for the Picsart newcomer's onboarding and retention in an intercultural environment; she collaborates with departments on employees' large-scale lifecycle projects (hiring, performance, retention, etc.)․ Nazeli is Gallup's certified coach; she works with the company's managers to incorporate a strength-based approach into their teams to help them learn, grow, develop and succeed.
Before Picsart, Nazeli worked in the logistics industry in Moscow, collaborating with international customers. Her international expertise also involves a marketing company called IntraCall, where she set up processes and managed performance.
