Remigiusz Smolinski is a Professor of Negotiation and Innovation at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. His expertise spans negotiation theory and practice, innovation management, and executive education. He has held senior leadership positions in media, e-commerce, banking, and consulting companies.

He advises major corporations and SMEs on complex, high-stakes negotiations and is the founder of The Negotiation Challenge, one of the world’s leading negotiation competitions for professionals.

At Matena, Prof. Dr. Smolinski joins the adjunct faculty of the “Leading People and Teams” program, bringing strong academic depth and extensive practical experience into the classroom.
