Dr. Sebastian Junge is a deputy professor at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität School of Business, Economics and Society. He lectures on Business Strategy and Corporate Strategy. His research focuses on top executives, in particular their psychological characteristics, innovation and transformation behavior, as well as organizational ambidexterity, environmental uncertainty, and corporate innovation.
