Tigran Minasyan brings with him extensive experience gained at the large international corporation Essity, where he has built a successful 20-year career. Over the years, he held various managerial positions across multiple European countries, beginning as a logistics trainee in 1998 and eventually rising to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the MEIA.  Since returning to Armenia in 2019, Tigran has served as CEO of Nairian and later at ARGE Business, contributing his global expertise to local enterprises.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Central European University and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the AUA. As well as successfully completed a number of leadership and finance programs at leading institutions, including the Stockholm School of Economics and Cranfield University in the UK.
