He will guide participants from persuasion toward influence and co-creation by applying coaching techniques, emotional intelligence, and real business scenarios.
- Remigiusz Smolinski is Professor of Negotiations and Innovation at Matena and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. He will lead real-life simulations involving internal and external negotiations, negotiation frameworks, and strategic tools drawn from his leadership experience in media, banking, and consulting.
